Japan-born, Kaku Makino began his restaurant career at a catering company in Marunouchi Tokyo Japan. During the fifteen years, he gained valuable experience from purchasing ingredients to serving 2000 dishes a day. After two years of journey of restaurants in US, he established “Todai” and made to the success of the franchising “All-You-Can-Eat” Asian fusion Restaurant over the past years. Since 1999, he opens up new areas of “All-You-Can-Eat” Japanese restaurant, Makino.
